Yard House was using four different vendors for their uniform program, retail apparel, and promotional products. Stock was being housed at various locations, including their corporate offices. Yard House had a goal to reduce their costs as well as the number of vendors they were using by consolidating their uniform program to one full service vendor.
Solution:
Image Solutions purchased all remaining inventories from the various vendors and consolidated the entire uniform program to our facility.
All products are no ordered online through one custom website that Image Solutions created specifically for Yard House.
Yard House receives quarterly sales and inventory reports of detailed spend and usage by individual locations.
Result:
With a simple and seamless transition, Yard House has consolidated their multiple vendors to one full-service vendor and reduced their program costs by 12%. Image Solutions eliminated backorders and continues to deliver New Store Opening orders on time and complete. Image Solutions has taken Yard House out of the uniform business so they can get back to their business - providing great experiences, great food, and cold beer.
